Funeral service will be Monday, February 27, 2017, 11:00 AM at Beggs Funeral Home Madison Chapel with burial at Corinth Cemetery in Hamilton County Florida.

 Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00-600 PM at Beggs Funeral Home, Madison Chapel.

 

He was born in Madison, and had lived most of his life in Madison and Lowndes Counties. Joseph was a graduate of Madison County High School and Valdosta State University.

 

His two daughters were the loves of his life; along with spending time with them, he also enjoyed playing his guitar. He had the wonderful “gift of gab,” and loved making people smile; he never met a stranger. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

He is survived by his mother, Udean Williams and step-father, Eugene Williams, his daughters, Abbey Elaine Flint, and Hailey Louise Flint, Valdosta, Georgia; one brother, Anthony Heath Driggers (Becky) Madison one sister, Heather Christina Davis (R.H.) Ocala, Florida;  three step-brothers, Captain Harold Williams (Gina), Virginia Beach, Virginia, Jayson Williams (Renae) Madison, and Greg Williams (Tanya), Madison. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
