In the early evening on August 29th,2019 Marilyn Hope Fleming of Gainesville, Florida passed away at the age of 67. Marilyn was born March 28th, 1952 to Marsha and Larry in Spring Valley, New York. She moved with her family to South Florida at the age of 17. She graduated from the University of Florida with an Early Childhood Education degree. Anyone who knew Marilyn loved her. She had the biggest heart. She always saw the best in people and made them feel at home. The last few years of her life she spent battling MS and through it all she still had a smile on her face. She loved talking and visiting with people that she loved. She was married for 15 1/2 years to the love of her life. She dedicated her life to raising her four children and later in life continued to dedicate her time to family through taking care of her disabled brother. She was a truly amazing person and will be very deeply missed by many. Marilyn is preceded in death by her Mother and Father Marsha and Larry. She is survived by her husband, Tex, her brother, Stuart, her 4 children, Sean, Rachel, Jessica and Jason, son-in-laws and daughter-in-laws Wilson, Charlie, Ali, Lori, and Carmen, 9 grandchildren, Ansley, Alex, Maya, Charles, Lennon, Lilly, Aria, Spencer and Levi, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and brother and sister in laws. A small funeral service will be held on Wednesday September 4th, 2019 at 11am at: New Montefiore Cemetery 1180 Wellwood Ave, West Babylon, NY 11704. A memorial service will be held in a few weeks in Atlanta Ga, details to be announced.
